At Meyer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
